The role involves supporting reputed company HCM modules, collaborating with HR teams, configuring system setups, and ensuring quality through testing and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support an HR Transformation project for reputed company HCM modules - Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Learn, or Time & Absence
- Collaborate with HR and cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- reputed company and customize HCM workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions
- Configure and maintain HCM system setups, including organization structures, positions, and reputed company profiles
- reputed company system testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to ensure the quality and accuracy of HCM applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data models, and application specifications
- Stay up to date with the latest reputed company HCM technologies and industry trends
- Convert business requirements into functional specs

Skills
