Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Management, and reputed company functions
- Partner with hiring managers to reputed company recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities
- reputed company, engage, and evaluate passive and active candidates through various channels, including reputed company Recruiter and professional networks
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and overall fit
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer stage
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to hiring teams and leadership

Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, data science, infrastructure, or product roles
- Proven success sourcing passive technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders and technical hiring managers
- Strong understanding of technical reputed company sets, recruiting methodologies, and candidate assessment practices
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and reputed company Recruiter
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Experience working in startup, high-growth, or fast-paced technology environments
