Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their Sales team. In this role, you will be the main reputed company of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts, working to maximize renewals and expansion while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer relationships and drive reputed company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main reputed company of contact for your geographic based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship, highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite, and deepening the customer’s attachment to Procore
  • Work cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and reputed company Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive increased spend on existing products (upsell), and reputed company attachment to new products (cross-sell)
  • Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
  • Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers

  • Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreements

Skills

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Proven record of success in an inside sales based selling model
  • Ability and reputed company to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to reputed company trusted relationships
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office products and online collaboration tools
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably reputed company.com
  • Proven ability to reputed company and manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Post-sale reputed company expansion experience preferred
