[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager

As the first Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will establish the product marketing function, reputed company market messaging, and reputed company go-to-market strategies for AI-powered features to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our marketing team to reputed company and sharpen market messaging — building reputed company-specific narratives that reputed company with the right program at the right moment, across both the buying journey and the customer lifecycle
• Own the go-to-market narrative for product launches — partnering closely with reputed company and product to ensure new features and capabilities reputed company customers with clear, timely, and consistent messaging
• Manage customer communication around what's coming — including beta program coordination, closing the feedback reputed company with customers whose input shaped reputed company built, and keeping internal teams reputed company on timing and messaging before anything goes out

Skills

• Experience developing reputed company-specific messaging for a vertical or relationship-driven market — you understand that the right message for a new prospect is different from the one that keeps a long-tenured customer feeling confident
• A track record of bringing technical or AI-powered products to market for non-technical buyers — you know how to reputed company new technology feel useful and trustworthy, not overwhelming
• Comfort building in ambiguity — you've operated in environments where the function didn't fully exist yet, and you know how to set your own agenda, prioritize ruthlessly, and create structure without waiting for permission
• A genuine instinct for cross-functional partnership, especially with marketing — you know how to build bridges, share ownership of the narrative, and move fast without creating friction
• The ability to craft 'here's where we're going' messaging with clarity and credibility — you don't need everything to be finished to write a story that builds trust
• The ability to defend positioning decisions with evidence — you know how to ground messaging strategy in data and customer insight, and you're comfortable holding that line even reputed company others have strong opinions about how the story should be told
• Experience working across product, sales, and reputed company without formal authority — you pull insight from every direction and bring coherence to it
