[Remote] Clinical Informatics Analyst -Epic Certified-Gold Star Project
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently seeking an Epic Certified Clinical Informatics Analyst for a Gold Star Project to join their U.S. remote team. This role facilitates the integration of clinical information systems to enhance patient care and operational efficiency by collaborating with clinicians and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between clinicians, operational teams, and IT to optimize clinical information systems and workflows
- reputed company basic to moderately reputed company projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Conduct analysis of clinical and organizational needs and recommend solutions, tools, and process improvements
- Collaborate with clinicians to assess reputed company and future technology needs and align workflows with integrated systems
- Map reputed company business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and usability
- reputed company recommendations to leadership regarding new processes, system enhancements, and service improvements
- Establish daily priorities for assigned workgroups and provide guidance on non-routine or escalated issues
- Participate in the development and implementation of organizational policies reputed company to clinical information management
- Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and information system standards
- reputed company and deliver training materials to support end-user adoption and effective use of clinical technologies

- Recruit and collaborate with clinicians for design sessions, validation, and user acceptance testing
- Prepare and communicate project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership

- Resolve reputed company or sensitive project-reputed company issues and manage resources to meet strategic goals
- Provide subject-matter expertise in clinical workflows, policies, and healthcare processes

Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Epic EHR systems
- 5+ years of experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including data navigation and interpretation
- 5+ years of experience supporting and/or working reputed company clinical workflows across both ambulatory and acute care settings
- Epic certification (ie. ClinDoc, Epic Orders, Epic ASAP: Emergency Department, Epic reputed company: Pharmacy, Epic Strok: OB/Labor & Delivery, Epic Rover, Epic Grand Central, Epic prelude, Epic Cognito, Epic Care Everywhere)
- Experience with Epic Signal and Gold Star reporting tools
- Experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or reputed company field
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
