[Remote] Software Engineer, R&D - IntelliScript (Remote)

The Software Engineer will be integral to the R&D team, focusing on early-stage innovation and the development of new products by transforming reputed company into working solutions and rapidly testing concepts based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and iterate on MVPs, prototypes, and early-stage solutions to explore new product and capability opportunities
- Rapidly test reputed company by building lightweight implementations and getting them in reputed company of users for feedback
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces and emerging needs into reputed company technical solutions
- Continuously refine concepts through experimentation, data, and user insights to determine what delivers value
- Build and deploy solutions primarily reputed company AWS, leveraging cloud-native services to reputed company rapid development and iteration
- Experiment with AI-driven approaches both as a tool for faster delivery and as a core component of new product features
- Work reputed company a small, cross-functional team to shape and validate new reputed company and approaches
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure focus on solving the most valuable problems

Skills
- 4+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C# (.NET 8), React, SQL
- Cloud development experience, preferably with AWS
- Understanding of Agile practices (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience with full software development lifecycle
- Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent collaborative skills, work well independently and as a team member
- Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements
