[Remote] Key Account Manager, East Coast

They are seeking a Key Account Manager to create sales opportunities through specification development and project management, while developing relationships with key engineering accounts.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key engineering accounts, acting as the trusted advisor for reputed company project specification-reputed company needs
• reputed company multiple contacts reputed company the firm and contract chain to identify sources of influence vertically throughout the firm’s organization
• Identify the contract chain progression including awards of key projects reputed company USCA (United States & Canada) or globally by firm and reputed company
• Communicate reputed company useful project development, contract awards and developments to the commercial team, management and other members of Engineering and Projects organization, regardless of project location
• Use company provided market data, including project data to both identify new project opportunities and track ongoing opportunities
• Record, maintain, and report key intelligence reputed company company provided CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
• Participate in industry associations to reputed company contacts and gather client/customer and competitor intelligence. (Examples such as involvement in NACE, SSPC, CIS, and AWWA)

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a reputed company engineering discipline, especially civil/structural or construction management is preferred
• Five years' minimum experience in high performance coatings technical sales or contract chain management
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
• Valid US driver's license
• Minimum of 50% overnight travel by rail and reputed company carriers and company provided automobile
• U.S. reputed company, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply
