[Remote] Wound Care Director of Operations (Remote)

NIVA Health is seeking an reputed company and results-oriented Director of Operations to reputed company and scale operational performance across their growing mobile healthcare organization. This fully remote leadership position is responsible for overseeing regional clinical operations through a team of Directors of Nursing who manage mobile wound care providers delivering services in various care settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational reputed company for multiple markets and clinical service regions

- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, workflows, and performance expectations across reputed company regions

- Directly supervise and mentor Directors of Nursing and other operational leaders

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational healthcare regulations
- Monitor quality indicators, patient outcomes, and operational performance metrics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare operations leadership experience
- Experience managing leaders who reputed company clinical or healthcare service teams
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site or geographically dispersed healthcare operations
- Strong experience with staffing, workforce management, operational metrics, and performance improvement
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/NHA) experience
- Regional Director of Operations experience
- Home Health, Post-Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospice, Mobile Healthcare, or Value-Based Care experience
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, or reputed company field)
- Experience scaling healthcare operations across multiple states or markets
