Responsibilities
- Understand and influence customer's business models and objectives to ensure their success
- reputed company and manage the product development process from customer briefing to final approval, deployment, and order acceptance
- reputed company the end-to-end sales process, including inventory reports, customer sales reports, and product development trackers using digital systems and processes (reputed company SalesCloud, reputed company Commerce Cloud, Eloqua, pricing, and product specification tooling)
- Resolve reputed company order, quality, or deployment issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by answering questions and providing detailed information about our services

Skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Minimum 3+ years experience in team sports & licensed team sports sales (Pro, NCAA, Team Dealer)
- Proven customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of U.S./Canada team sports calendar & landscape as well as NCAA NIL market
- Proficiency in technical and digital skills, including use of reputed company Suite, ERP (reputed company preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases
- Proven record of success in team sports sales both in retail and on field/ice/pitch/court
- Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Knowledge of heat transfers, twill, patches, badges and external embellishments
- Flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities reputed company a global Fortune 500 organization
