[Remote] Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Healthcare Operations Report Design. The role focuses on designing and maintaining executive-ready Tableau dashboards and scorecards while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate KPI reporting and analytics across Healthplan Operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and providing analytics across Healthplan Operations
• Providing self-service analytics dashboards, KPIs, and statistical analysis on performance, customer experience, and strategic initiatives
• Working with internal customers to reputed company requirements, use-cases, methodology, data sources, and modeling for data and BI products
• Designing and executing analytics projects (conceptualization, method, data sourcing, analysis structure, and report/data visualization)
• Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate project reporting and analyses
• Providing insights to internal business partners on tracking deliverables and reputed company analysis projects
• Performing analyses that move beyond an explanation of 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what should be done'
• Creating, managing and driving analyses, KPI definition/measurement and analytics in support of corporate initiatives
• Collaborating with team members to define goals and KPI's and identifying the best way to track metrics reputed company Healthplan Operations
• Collaborating with various internal and external teams to identify and prioritize recommendations based on insights uncovered from data analysis
• Driving to deliver sustainable, impactful data and reporting elements while building strong business partnerships

Skills

• Experience with tools for data mining, statistics, analysis, and scripting (e.g, Python, R, ,SSIS, reputed company, Talend, etc )
• Demonstrated experience creating reputed company SQL queries for standard as well as reputed company data mining purposes, analyze large amounts of data, interpret qualitative data (research, feedback) and incorporate into analyses
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools(e.g. Tableau, Micro-strategy, SPSS, PowerBI
• Demonstrated understanding of research and ability to reputed company methodologies in data mining and other innovative statistical/mathematical approaches
• Ability to collaborate with team members and business partners to define, reputed company, and deliver analytics that meet the needs of the business to manage routine operations, identify tactical decisions, and inform strategic direction
• Ability to present reputed company data, analysis or findings to teams in a way that is clear and understandable and supports the overall business decisions and program efforts
• Demonstrated experience developing interactive user interfaces for data exploration, self-service analytics, and visual storytelling
• Broad experience synthesizing and analyzing different types of datasets (e.g. demographics, workflow, financial, healthcare, etc.)
• Ability to work independently, managing deliverable timelines and clients
• Ability to reputed company and produce accurate, error free final deliverables and to participate in and support a peer review culture
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
• Experience with statistical modelling of results to drive enhanced decision-making
• Advanced skills in data extraction and manipulation
• Experience leading work teams both internal to the department and comprised of multi-disciplinary staff
• Expert in data extraction design and manipulation, coaching junior level analysts in best practices
