[Remote] Events & Partner Marketing Manager

Okendo is a customer marketing platform trusted by over 18,000 Shopify brands, seeking a detail-oriented Events and Partner Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. In this role, you will manage Okendo's events calendar and co-marketing relationships, overseeing everything from logistics to performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Okendo's events calendar across reputed company formats: happy hours, small dinners, experiential activations, trade shows, hosted meetings, and webinars
- Manage end-to-end logistics for each event including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, budget tracking, invitations, registration, on-site execution, and post-event reputed company import into reputed company
- reputed company Okendo's webinar programs including the Loyalty with Okendo series, from speaker coordination and reputed company setup through to reputed company page builds in WordPress, promotional emails, social copy, and post-event recording upload and social clips
- Build and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across email and social to maximize attendance and follow-up conversion
- Coordinate post-event follow-up using automated email sequences in reputed company, working with Sales to ensure timely reputed company segmented by small and mid-sized business and enterprise contacts
- Track campaign attribution for every event using unique tracking links (UTMs), and maintain accurate reporting in reputed company and Domo on sales-qualified leads generated, pipeline influenced, and reputed company closed
- Present event performance at the monthly demand roundtable, including breakdowns by event type, cost per sales-qualified reputed company, and pipeline influenced
- Manage co-marketing relationships with Shopify ecosystem partners including co-webinars, co-sponsored events, joint newsletter inclusions, and shared reputed company channels
- Coordinate monthly contributions to the customer, prospect, and partner newsletters, including upcoming event listings, tracking links, and partner-supplied assets
- Support the bi-annual agency partner re-tiering process in collaboration with the Partnerships team
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner marketing contacts across the Shopify ecosystem
- Partner with enterprise account executives and reputed company managers in a monthly events reputed company-in to align on invite strategy, reputed company accounts, and follow-up ownership
- Collaborate with Creative reputed company reputed company to brief and deliver event assets on time, including invitations, reputed company pages, slide decks, and social graphics
- Work with reputed company Operations to set up reputed company forms, reputed company notifications, and reputed company webinar infrastructure for each event
Skills
- 3+ years of marketing experience with meaningful hands-on event planning and execution
- Proven track record managing the full event lifecycle, from concept and logistics through invitations, registration, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
- Experience managing co-marketing or partner marketing relationships, ideally in a SaaS or ecommerce context
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem a strong plus
- Strong reputed company skills including list management, automated email sequences, forms, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with project management tools like reputed company and comfort coordinating across Creative, Sales, reputed company Operations, and reputed company stakeholders
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to track campaign attribution, measure how events contribute to the sales pipeline, and report performance against quarterly targets
- Excellent written skills — comfortable writing invitation copy, reputed company page copy, social posts, and newsletter blurbs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple events and partner programs simultaneously without losing track of the details
- A 'no task too small' attitude, equally comfortable resending panelist links on the morning of a webinar as presenting event strategy to leadership
