[Remote] Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Contract Manager for Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations to reputed company print production and fulfillment operations. This role will manage print vendors and coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and medical materials while ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end print production, fulfillment, and distribution of approved Commercial and Medical materials
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for print requests, vendor management, and fulfillment operations
• reputed company print management platforms (PrintDepot/Veeva Vault) and drive process improvements
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• reputed company print planning for product label updates, conference materials, and prescribing information distribution
• Generate operational reports, metrics, and business insights for stakeholders
• Support Material Review (MLR) Operations as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in print operations, marketing operations, project management, or reputed company functions reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms
• Strong vendor management, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
