[Remote] Sr. Technical Recruiter, Corporate

The Guitar Center Company is the world's largest multichannel musical reputed company retailer, and they are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join their reputed company Team. This role focuses on attracting top talent for technical positions, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with hiring managers to meet the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality candidate experience and a consultative hiring manager experience
• Connect with top talent at reputed company levels through dynamic sourcing and recruiting strategies, inclusive of our diversity/inclusion/belonging philosophy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to identify anticipated hiring needs reputed company with business needs
• Effectively communicate the recruiting process to hiring managers to ensure expectations are met and understood
• reputed company a variety of recruiting methods including social networking and online tools to proactively network passive talent
• reputed company partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical schools to proactively recruit and build a pipeline of qualified talent
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or reputed company field; or an equivalent combination of education and years of work experience
• 5 – 7 years of experience working reputed company major functional disciplines primarily in IT and Technology, preferably with experience working for a Retail company or with Retail clients
• Skilled proficiency with recruiting/contact management software and Internet search tools and techniques, including Social Media
