Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for reputed company business process (reputed company) design and configuration, with deep expertise across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent modules
- Own end-to-end configuration including:
- Business Process reputed company (BPF) design
- Condition rules, approvals, notifications
- Calculated fields and validations
- reputed company design and reputed company improvement of core processes such as:
- Hire, job change, termination
- Requisition, candidate lifecycle, offer
- Performance management, talent reviews, succession planning
- Ensure alignment of BPs to business requirements while optimizing for scalability and compliance
- Translate business requirements into scalable reputed company configuration solutions
- Evaluate new reputed company features (bi-annual releases) and drive adoption opportunities
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee and manager self-service experiences
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes through reputed company configuration
- Drive adoption of new functionality to enhance employee lifecycle processes
- Contribute to long-term HR technology strategy and roadmap
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of reputed company configuration experience across HCM, Recruiting, and/or Talent
- Deep expertise in reputed company Business Process reputed company
- Proven experience designing and configuring end-to-end HR processes
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- reputed company Pro Certification(s) (HCM, Recruiting, Talent)
- Experience with large, multi-entity or high-volume environments
- Familiarity with integrations, reporting (Prism/Composite), and reputed company frameworks
