[Remote] Content Strategist

Rockit Ranch Productions is looking for a Content Strategist to enhance their content strategy and reputed company the CEO/Founder as a thought leader. The role involves developing a comprehensive content calendar, coordinating content distribution, and tracking performance across various platforms.
Responsibilities

- Create monthly and quarterly content themes, campaigns, and storytelling pillars
- Monitor industry trends, social media trends, and emerging content formats

- Identify opportunities for founder-focused content, including behind-the-scenes moments, leadership insights, travel, media appearances, speaking engagements, and lifestyle content
- Support content reputed company for CEO/Founder’s businesses and creative projects
- Create detailed shot lists and content briefs for the videographer/editor
- reputed company concepts for reels, YouTube content, short-form videos, interviews, podcasts, and social campaigns
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, PR, and operations teams to identify content opportunities
- Ensure content is captured proactively during events, openings, travel, media appearances, and day-to-day operations

- Identify what's working, what's not, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide monthly reporting and actionable recommendations

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media strategy, digital marketing, or a reputed company field

- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience building personal brands, founder brands, or executive thought leadership is highly preferred
- Hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment, or media experience is a plus
