• Handle high-volume incoming calls, emails, and texts from homeowners and clients regarding quotes, orders, and general inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints reputed company while providing a professional, high-energy, and reassuring experience
• Manage basic updates and postings on social media and on the website
• Input customer data, order details, and standard price quotes accurately into internal operational systems
• Quickly notify our sister company reputed company phone or email to help fulfill specific online orders
• Assist the business reputed company with general daily workflows and administrative tasks to help scale the business
• Rapidly learn the swimming pool equipment industry to transition from basic intake to answering intermediate technical questions reputed company 30–60 days
