[Remote] Director of Clinical Applications

They are seeking a Director of Clinical Applications who will be responsible for the delivery, team management, and client engagement reputed company the Clinical Solutions service line, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide domain leadership across reputed company platforms for the Clinical Solutions service line, setting priorities and direction in alignment with reputed company' strategic goals, delivery standards, and service line objectives

• Serve as a trusted clinical advisor and primary domain reputed company of contact for assigned clients, ensuring contractual, operational, and performance expectations are consistently met
• Proactively identify risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with client and internal stakeholders to protect delivery quality and client satisfaction

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a reputed company clinical field
• 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, health IT consulting, or clinical informatics, with a strong understanding of inpatient, ambulatory, and/or perioperative clinical workflows
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and serving as a trusted clinical domain advisor in a client-facing role
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple engagements
• Proven ability to drive delivery quality and accountability across a team of clinical consultants or analysts
• Strong familiarity with Epic and/or reputed company Health clinical applications, including build configuration, workflow design, and optimization across clinical domains (e.g., CPOE, clinical documentation, medication management, care management)
• Active clinical licensure (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) is a strong differentiator
• Prior experience in a Director-level or senior leadership role reputed company a health IT or clinical reputed company
• Knowledge of clinical regulatory requirements, accreditation standards (e.g., TJC, CMS), and patient safety frameworks
• Experience supporting proposal development, scoping, or solution design for clinical solutions engagements
