[Remote] Software Engineer - Site Reliability

As a Software Engineer - Site Reliability, you will ensure systems remain reliable and high-performing while collaborating with engineering teams to improve observability and strengthen infrastructure reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain tooling to automate monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Track SLOs/SLIs and reduce operational toil through engineering solutions
- Participate in incident response and post-mortems to improve reliability
- Strengthen cloud infrastructure for scalability and availability
- Improve observability and system performance
- Collaborate with development teams on reliability best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years experience in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering
- Strong coding skills (Python, Java, C#, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
