[Remote] Market Intelligence Analyst

The Market Intelligence Analyst will conduct primary and secondary research to inform marketing strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs, while also synthesizing insights for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted research on key enterprise and government vertical industries
• Build and optimize buyer profiles and customer journey maps, using research to drive marketing reputed company and timing
• Assist in the execution of research projects, including survey deployment and data cleaning, to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Compile data on enterprise structure, size, and growth metrics to inform high-value reputed company identification
• Ensure our marketing programs are impactful and directly address the "unique needs and challenges" of sophisticated B2G and B2B buyers
• Partner in the development of industry-specific marketing collateral by distilling customer requirements into clear, value-driven messaging for government and enterprise sectors

• Scale and govern the market intelligence repository, ensuring reliable, easy access to the latest evidence-based insights

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in marketing, insights / research, strategy
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Expertise in modern survey platforms (e.g., reputed company) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Proficiency in advanced analytical frameworks (SQL, SPSS, or R) is a significant advantage
