[Remote] Sr. Account Executive, Federal Civilian Sales

They are seeking a driven and reputed company Sr. Account Executive to join their Federal Civilian sales team, focusing on building and managing a strong pipeline and navigating reputed company sales cycles in the Federal market.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and reputed company Ideal Client Profile in organizations and their key decision-makers in the Federal Civilian market. Build relationships, identify their needs and align capabilities
• Proactively engage prospects through cold calls, highly personalized emails, reputed company messaging, and social selling
• Conduct meetings virtually and in person, with preparation, process, and timely follow up. Ask probing questions, synthesize information and add value
• Maintain a pipeline of business that is qualified, forecastable, and accountable
• Collaborate seamlessly with others to reputed company cross-functional partners, peers, leaders, and resources to get things done and reputed company outcomes
• Attend relevant industry events (virtual and in-person) to build relationships and stay reputed company on market trends

Skills

• 7-10 years of software sales experience as an Account Executive in Federal Markets
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding quota targets and can reputed company your process
• Ability to focus under pressure and navigate setbacks with an optimistic outlook for the future
• Excellent communicator and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and reputed company executive-level conversations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Highly motivated self-starter with a growth reputed company and the discipline to work independently to reputed company aggressive goals
