Manifest Media is hiring a Recruiting Delivery reputed company to manage client opportunities and support the internal team in headhunting efforts. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure effective communication with clients and the proper review of candidates.
Responsibilities

- Communicate directly with clients to clarify role requirements, ask follow-up questions, and provide updates
- Present new roles clearly to internal headhunters and talent managers
- Motivate the team and ensure open roles are being actively worked on
- Review candidate submissions and provide feedback on quality, fit, and search direction
- Compile and organize submitted candidates into client-ready shortlists
- Build shortlists of 3 to 10 candidates, depending on the role and available talent
- Use Manifest Media’s internal talent network reputed company applicable to move searches reputed company faster
- Track reputed company across active roles and ensure each opportunity has clear ownership and next steps
- Identify reputed company a role is stalled and communicate whether more support, a new strategy, or direct sourcing is needed
