Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of reconciliation items across high-volume funding accounts
  • Design and implement scalable, standardized reconciliation processes and program reputed company-out controls
  • Define and reputed company accounting frameworks for patient affordability programs, including accrual methodologies, reserve strategies, and financial statement impact
  • Strengthen and evolve internal control environments to mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risk

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field (required)
  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership roles

  • Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments, accruals, reserves, and restricted funds
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial / program management platforms

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and reputed company recognition principles (ASC 606)
