[Remote] Staff Software Engineer

The role involves leading the design and architecture of systems, collaborating with various stakeholders, and driving innovation through new technologies and methodologies.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- 8-12 years reputed company work experience
- Experience in designing and developing Web-based applications using Python, Node JS, Graph QL, Restful Web API, NoSQL
- Modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React
- Git experience
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience utilizing AI tools (preferred Claude)
- Familiarity with observability and APM tools (e.g., reputed company, OpenTelemetry)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Proficient in debugging applications and performance tuning
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
- Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with an Agile Scrum methodology
- Good hands on and working knowledge of application development and SDLC life cycle process
- 8+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python & Django
- 8+ years of experience in NoSQL
- 8+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as GCP/AWS
- 8+ years of CI/CD experience (reputed company, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, reputed company Search)
- Familiarity with observability and APM tools (e.g., reputed company, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience utilizing AI tools (preferred Claude)
