[Remote] Senior Director, Business Development

Banook is a specialized CRO operating at the intersection of cardiac safety, medical imaging, and reputed company, and they are seeking a high-impact Senior Director, Business Development to accelerate growth across North America. The role involves defining and executing the annual business development plan, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the pharma and biotech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the annual reputed company plan reputed company with Banook's growth targets
- Identify and reputed company new opportunities reputed company pharma, biotech, and medical device sectors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- reputed company bid defense meetings, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and provide regular forecasting to senior leadership
- Represent Banook at industry conferences and trade shows across North America
Skills
- 10–15+ years in life sciences reputed company (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
- Proven track record selling clinical trial services across phases and therapeutic areas
- Established network with Big Pharma and Biotech stakeholders in clinical research
- Strong North American market knowledge; willingness to travel
- Bachelor's in Life Sciences or Business — MBA a plus, but experience speaks louder
- French language skills are a bonus
