[Remote] Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value
• Define product features, including scope, requirements, and intended outcomes
• Balance new feature development with performance improvements, architectural enhancements, quality improvements, and defect resolution
• Prioritize backlog items based on customer impact, performance needs, technical debt, and quality considerations
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to estimate effort and assess delivery feasibility
• Evaluate delivery velocity and team reputed company to inform realistic planning and commitments
• reputed company, maintain, and communicate delivery schedules for features, technical improvements, and defect remediation
• Translate delivery schedules into actionable sprint plans
• Adjust sprint plans and roadmaps as work progresses or priorities shift

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• 5+ years of experience working in agile development environments
• Experience/expertise with software or technical products in the Wastewater industry
