[Remote] Inside Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Energy BPO Corp is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their commercial energy sales team. The role involves contacting business owners to sell electricity and natural gas supply solutions, requiring strong communication skills and a results-driven reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company outbound calls to prospective commercial customers to generate sales opportunities
- Identify and engage business owners, office managers, and key decision-makers
- Educate customers on electricity and natural gas supply options and explain the benefits of switching providers
- Present pricing plans and contract terms in a clear and professional manner
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through daily calling activities
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximize conversions
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing changes, and industry regulations
- Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable sales and regulatory requirements
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented reputed company
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales preferred
- Energy industry experience is a plus but not required
