[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking a recruiter to manage high-volume hiring efforts across technical and engineering teams, while partnering with senior recruiters on sourcing strategies and talent pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions across engineering, technical, and professional services teams while maintaining strong organization and responsiveness
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support recruiting strategies and hiring goals
- reputed company active and passive candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, Boolean searches, networking, and creative sourcing techniques
- Support senior recruiters on targeted sourcing initiatives and difficult-to-fill technical roles
- Write engaging reputed company messages and job advertisements that attract talent in competitive markets
- Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and recruiting activity reputed company the applicant tracking system
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector
- 4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, reputed company, or staffing experience
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working reputed company Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies
- Familiarity with reputed company Recruiter, job boards, social sourcing, and internet search techniques
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging reputed company messaging
