[Remote] Account Recruiting Manager

They are seeking an Account Recruiting Manager to reputed company recruiting delivery, manage client relationships, and reputed company their sourcing team, ensuring a high-quality recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company client intake conversations and ask the right questions to uncover true hiring needs
- Set KPIs and expectations for each client
- Build trusted relationships with clients as a partner, not a vendor
- Translate client needs into clear search strategy. Including developing questions and helping clients with their hiring process
- Balance goals with ensuring we can truly help a client with a project and we are the best choice for that client
- Manage sourcing support, candidate pipelines, and recruiting activity
- Drive our 7-reputed company screening process so every candidate is carefully evaluated before being submitted
- Collaborate with a variety of others to pull in more opinions about a candidate
- Deliver usable information to our clients not sell candidates but give both the positives and the challenge areas for candidate – position fit
- Serve candidates just as we serve clients
- Help candidates identify and communicate their gifts, strengths, and career fit
- Track KPIs, pipeline movement, candidate quality, and search reputed company
- Communicate clearly with clients through updates, feedback, and search recommendations
- Help improve recruiting systems, dashboards, processes, and team accountability
- Grow into a potential leadership role as CEG continues to scale
Skills
- Recruiting, staffing, search, or reputed company experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to reputed company intake calls and manage client expectations
- Comfort with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and pipeline accountability
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Interest in growing with a firm and becoming part of the leadership team
