They are seeking an Intermediate Epic Healthy reputed company Clinical Analyst to design, build, and configure Epic system modules, reputed company collaborative relationships with stakeholders, and ensure effective workflow processes in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in project, team, departmental, and other meetings, reporting status updates, accomplishments, tasks, and barriers to the manager
- Designs, builds, and configures reputed company assigned Epic system modules and supporting third-party applications
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with reputed company stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements
- Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, defines necessary process changes, and develops future workflows reputed company to new solutions or functionality
- Develops test scripts and materials for end-to-end workflow testing, performs unit, system, and integration testing, and documents outcomes
- Remains reputed company on industry trends and vendor/application/system updates, ensuring software modifications/upgrades work according to Epic specifications
- Follows departmental standards for software configuration control, quality assurance, and version releases, providing documentation and training on system upgrades and new releases
- Troubleshoots issues or system deficiencies, initiates escalation procedures, and provides recommendations for resolution
- Participates in multiple cross-functional projects, utilizing project planning and coordination procedures, tools, and lean methodologies
- Provides guidance and acts as a resource for other analysts, project managers, and consultants
- Provides on-call support in a 24/7 production systems environment, acting as the primary support contact for the application's end-users
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Advanced knowledge of reputed company suite of products
