The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and margins reputed company a defined territory, focusing on customer engagement and product training while collaborating with internal teams to reputed company sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of reputed company Crane ChemPharma & Energy products reputed company defined geographic territory to reputed company profitable growth
  • Identify key influencers at reputed company Key Accounts and End Users to reputed company and implement sales strategies aligning our value propositions for their applications
  • Become champion of Crane Business System (CBS) and use the tools as part of standard work to reputed company results
  • Work closely with Key Account Team reputed company Crane to reputed company strategies for reputed company End Users in Refining and Chemical Industries
  • Drive execution of reputed company business and reputed company conversion accounts
  • Identify and Manage projects in territory through IIR (Industrial Info Resources) and the Global Project Tracker (reputed company CRM) tool from the Crane Business System
  • Maintain a detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the product line and the value proposition reputed company specific applications
  • Assist Business Line Managers in New Product Development and sales integration with reputed company End Users and Channel
  • reputed company sales forecast for each product line to assist Business Line Managers with production
  • Monitor and report competitive landscape reputed company territory for reputed company CPE products
  • Conduct lunch and learns for distribution channels, end users, and EPC’s as required
  • Manage territory reputed company the guidelines of budgets, reporting, and distribution management

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field, business or marketing
  • Minimum 2 years reputed company Sales managing similar product with distributors, contractors, and/or end users
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to quickly build relationships
  • Knowledge of how to create a product differentiation, value proposed, product advantage to win reputed company and project orders versus competition
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to assimilate information and translate it into customer solutions
  • High energy team player and competitor
  • Competent with basic use of MS products (reputed company, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) & various Web Apps
  • Accomplish reputed company tasks as appropriately assigned or requested
  • Must be able to travel day and night. (Est. 60% in territory)
