[Remote] Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for order management services, ensuring timely order processing and customer satisfaction while liaising with various departments to improve support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing order management services to clients
• Activities include helping clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfilment, order review, order entry, order reputed company & support, order payment, etc
• Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to reputed company customer satisfaction
• Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors
• May also reputed company support delivery strategy and reputed company processes, escalation procedures and training
• Liaises between customers and technical support, product development, sales and field service to identify opportunities for support delivery improvements, cost reduction and value-add to the customer/client
