Responsibilities

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy reputed company B2B SaaS

  • Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
  • Experience in reputed company, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology
  • Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
