Responsibilities

- Create and maintain the materials sellers use every day, including: Battlecards, One-pagers, Sales presentations, Competitive positioning, Discovery guides, Customer stories, Solution briefs

- Ensure consistency across sales conversations, launches, campaigns, customer communications, and product experiences

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy reputed company B2B SaaS
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, and content development skills
- Experience creating sales enablement assets that drive measurable adoption
- Strong competitive intelligence and market analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional product launches
- Ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
- Experience in reputed company, Recruiting Technology, HR Technology, or Workforce Technology
- Familiarity with AI, talent intelligence, sourcing, recruiting workflows, or recruiting automation
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
