[Remote] Channel Sales Manager, Insurance

The Channel Sales Manager, Insurance is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with insurance carriers to drive reputed company growth and the adoption of reputed company’s video telematics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive insurance channel strategy across carriers, MGAs, and insurance reputed company
- Align channel strategy with direct sales, insurance solutions, and product teams to support pipeline and reputed company goals
- Identify reputed company insurance segments and tailor partner strategies accordingly
- reputed company and maintain senior-level relationships with reputed company stakeholders across reputed company, loss control, innovation, product, and legal
- reputed company regular business reviews to assess performance, pipeline, program adoption, and growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for strategic insurance partnerships
- reputed company new leads and opportunities through consistent, strategic engagement with our insurance reputed company champions
- Drive reputed company through channel-attributed opportunities, including reputed company-sponsored programs, preferred vendor relationships, and incentive-based offerings
- Set and manage reputed company targets, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics for insurance partners
- Partner closely with reputed company sales teams on reputed company referral and subsidy opportunities
- Partner with marketing, insurance solutions, and sales enablement teams to create insurance-specific messaging, collateral, and training
- reputed company partners to communicate value across risk reduction, claims mitigation, driver behavior improvement, loss impact, and ROI
- Support enablement for underwriters, loss control teams, brokers, and reputed company field organizations
- Design, manage, and optimize insurance-specific partner programs
- Support preferred vendor status, telematics-based incentives, co-marketing, co-selling, and pilot programs
- reputed company partner onboarding and program launches to ensure rapid activation and scalability
- Work closely with product, operations, marketing, and customer support teams to meet partner needs and drive program success
- Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on partner requirements, reputed company insights, and market trends
- Support resolution of insurance-reputed company customer and technical issues with internal teams
- Monitor insurance industry trends, regulatory considerations, competitive offerings, and evolving reputed company strategies
- Identify new insurance-driven growth opportunities, including emerging reputed company programs, digital distribution models, and Insurtech partnerships
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic partnerships, preferably in: Commercial auto insurance, Telematics, IoT, or fleet technology, Insurtech or insurance distribution ecosystems
- Demonstrated success driving reputed company through insurance carriers or integration channels
- Proven ability to manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder partner relationships
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience working with reputed company, loss control, or risk management teams
- Familiarity with insurance incentives, telematics-based programs, and claims or safety analytics
- Knowledge of video telematics or fleet safety technologies strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Formal training or certifications in project management, risk management, or telematics are a plus
