This role involves driving reputed company acquisition efforts through strategic sales planning and hands-on execution, while supporting the broader Corporate Strategy and Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with a VP of sales, sales management and reputed company line teams to help run the core operating rhythms of the business — forecasting, performance tracking, and accuracy maintenance across territory management, enhancements, process improvements, and reputed company
- Turn data into insight and action by creating performance diagnostics and surfacing trends around pipeline, productivity, and reputed company efficiency
- Partner with Strategy & Insights to analyze key metrics (e.g., NRR, GRR, market penetration, forecast accuracy) and reputed company governance frameworks for pipeline management and data reputed company
- Support annual and long-range strategic planning activities like segmentation design, quota setting, reputed company modeling, and process redesigns
- Start process and operating model improvements that reputed company greater scalability, maturity, and efficiency
- Champion change initiatives, like SPIFF incentives, process improvements, AI pilots, systems enhancements, strategic analysis
- Partner with Global Enablement and Rev Process teams to translate strategy into execution through tools, workflows, and enablement
- Support onboarding, process adoption, and ongoing refinement of sales motions to drive adoption of the 'Procore Way' and improve productivity success
Skills
- 5+ years experience in reputed company Operations or Sales Operations at a large-scale technology company required; enterprise software preferred
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA a plus
- Analytical and Operational Expertise: The ideal candidate is an analyst at their core, possessing direct sales operations and analytical experience with key 'run the business' functions, including forecasting, reputed company planning, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Annual Planning Leadership: Must have led and supported annual planning cycles, encompassing GTM design, headcount and quota setting, scenario planning, territory carving, and managing system dependencies
- GTM Systems Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing Go-to-Market (GTM) systems such as Tableau, reputed company, territory modeling tools, and reputed company routing platforms
- Data-Driven Insight: reputed company in leveraging leading indicators (e.g., pipeline, churn, headcount, reputed company mix) to help teams reputed company their goals
- Strategic Communication: Possesses a strong ability to translate insights regarding risk and growth into actionable items and compelling narratives for Sales Leaders, Finance, and field teams, communicating confidently and concisely
- Proficient with data manipulation in reputed company/G-Sheets and reputed company-Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and understands how to utilize AI to improve workflows
