The role involves sourcing clinical talent, managing the full candidate lifecycle, and maintaining strong pipelines for high-demand clinical research roles.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Clinical Talent — Build pipelines of qualified candidates across clinical research function
- Full Candidate Lifecycle — Screen, qualify, prep, and guide candidates through interviews and offer
- Partner With Account Managers — Align on role requirements and deliver high‑quality candidate submission
- Market Intelligence — Stay informed on hiring trends across pharma, biotech, and medical device sector
- Pipeline Management — Maintain strong, proactive pipelines for high‑demand clinical research role
- Candidate Experience — Provide a consultative, high‑touch experience throughout the hiring process
- Recruit Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC)
- Recruit Clinical Research Nurses
- Recruit Clinical Trial/Study Associates
- Recruit Data Coordinators / Data Managers
- Recruit Regulatory Coordinators
- Recruit Principal Investigators (PI)
- Recruit Clinical Operations & Site Support roles
Skills
- 2–3+ years of recruiting experience reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environments
- Experience placing roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC), Clinical Research Nurses (CRN), Clinical Trial/Study Associates (CTA), Data Coordinators, etc
- Strong understanding of GCP, clinical trial phases, and research site workflows
- Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver consistent weekly activity
- Prior staffing agency experience strongly preferred
