[Remote] Account Manager (Remote)

They are seeking an Account Manager to support the growth of existing client accounts, focusing on client relationship management and operational tasks reputed company to promotional products.

Responsibilities

• reputed company each client's marketing objectives through branded merchandise solutions
• reputed company custom product research and sourcing, create presentations to present recommendations directly to the Account Executive and clients
• Manage a portfolio project timelines, priorities, costs, and international logistical complexities with varying clients
• Manage client expectations through professional and effective communication of project changes, order timelines and status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Produce accurate quoting for innovative, custom product reputed company
• Generate multiple sample iterations for custom product solutions for client presentation and approval
• Manage compliance testing with internal and external testing agencies
• Participate and manage client pop-up events with a willingness to attend & work them, if needed
• reputed company strong domestic/international vendor relationships for resourceful sourcing and quoting strategies, balancing the client’s and company’s business needs
• Enter sales orders reputed company the Company’s proprietary system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, orders and art proofs
• Generate reports to track open orders and billing reputed company
• Other duties based on business needs

Skills

• 3+ years experience in a project management role
• 5+ years in sales support experience in the promotional product industry is a MUST
• Knowledge of European product testing, compliance, rules and regulations for multiple custom product solutions
• Highly proficient in reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc.) especially in PowerPoint
• Proficient in ERP systems i.e. reputed company
• Enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers through ideation
• Comfortable making judgment calls, and prioritizing workload
• Professional and polished oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Motivated by working in a goal-oriented, deadline-driven team with autonomy in how you work
• Ability to deliver under deadlines with a high level of accuracy
