The role involves developing programs to influence provider and member outcomes, collaborating with leaders, analyzing performance, and shaping strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

- Review and communicate results of programs

- Experience with a clinical setting to advance provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and identify new opportunities
Skills
- Live in the Miami, FL area
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 or more years of experience working with managed care organizations, Medicare, or Medicaid
- 2 or more years of experience demonstrated involvement in quality improvement, Stars program or HEDIS
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office -Word, reputed company-pivot tables, formulas, charts, PowerPoint)
- Campaign management experience
- Registered Nurse

- CMS Stars Program experience
- Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care
- Strong analytical skills
