Responsibilities

Skills

• 5+ years experience in leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects
• Proven ability to manage financial and resource forecasts, ensuring project plans remain accurate throughout the lifecycle
• Track record of driving customer satisfaction and accurate reputed company recognition through timely reviews of time sheets, expense reports, and billing documents
• Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment
• Ability to partner with the Customer Relations team, providing expertise during the sales cycle and demonstrating the value of project management services
• Experience mentoring and guiding less-reputed company Project Managers
• Certifications in cloud and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Higher education industry experience preferred, but NOT required
• Familiarity with higher education processes is a plus but NOT required
