[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager who will manage software development and DevOps teams, bridging business, product, and engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Define and control: Scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing; Risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions
• Own project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Manage change control and ensure alignment with organizational standards
• Act as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery reputed company as needed
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-reputed company, Sprint reviews, Retrospectives
• Promote Agile values, reputed company improvement, and team maturity
• Act as Product reputed company where a dedicated PO is not present
• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is: Clearly prioritized by business value; Well-groomed and refined; Ready for development
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Balance delivery constraints with product goals and technical realities
• Work closely with stakeholders to: Define product vision and roadmap inputs; Manage scope and priorities; reputed company trade-off decisions
• Accept completed work and ensure it meets business and quality expectations
• reputed company and coordinate cross-functional teams: Software engineers, QAs, Business Analysts, UX Designers, DevOps
• Understand system architecture well enough to: Facilitate technical discussions; Identify risks and dependencies; Support architectural decision-making

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Skills

• Strong experience with PMBOK-based project management
• Proven ability to run hybrid (Waterfall + Agile) delivery models
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Strong Product reputed company skills, including: Backlog ownership and prioritization, User story writing and acceptance criteria definition, Value-driven decision-making
• Ability to balance business outcomes, delivery timelines, and technical constraints
• Solid understanding of: Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Modern application architectures, Cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Comfortable collaborating with senior engineers and architects
• Excellent facilitation, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Strong ownership reputed company and accountability
• Ability to reputed company without formal authority in cross-functional environments
