[Remote] Manager, Finance - Accounts Receivable (Full-Time Remote)

They are seeking a Manager for the Accounts Receivable team to reputed company daily operations, manage cash forecasting, and work closely with finance departments to drive cash collections and minimize bad debt. Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the Accounts Receivable team in reputed company areas of ATB analysis and reporting including reputed company commentary status on reputed company invoices in support of operating cash forecasts as well as quarterly CFO certifications, and management of overdue receivables and short-paid balances in order to drive closure on reputed company cash collections in order to meet/exceed established targets
• Managing the reputed company customer database including credit management for reputed company customers by way of reputed company credit limit and creditworthiness analysis in order to minimize bad-debt expense
• Completing accounts receivable reporting to Sector management and Accounting on a weekly and monthly basis which includes presenting results, issues and closure plans to Sector-level management
• Working closely with Business Area Finance and reputed company teams in order to drive closure on any cash collection issues in order to meet/exceed targets for both overdue debt as well as bad debt, which may include coordinating and leading multi-functional meetings to resolve unapplied cash or payment variances
• Leading and supporting Business Intelligence tools and dashboards for the AR organization, in addition to developing creative solutions to problems and driving change

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or reputed company degree / and 6 years of work experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 4 years of work experience
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
