[Remote] Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Contract Manager for Print & Fulfillment Marketing Operations to reputed company print production and fulfillment processes. The role involves managing print vendors, coordinating material production, and ensuring compliance with marketing and medical material distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end print production, fulfillment, and distribution of approved Commercial and Medical materials
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for print requests, vendor management, and fulfillment operations
• reputed company print management platforms (PrintDepot/Veeva Vault) and drive process improvements
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and external vendors to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• reputed company print planning for product label updates, conference materials, and prescribing information distribution
• Generate operational reports, metrics, and business insights for stakeholders
• Support Material Review (MLR) Operations as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in print operations, marketing operations, project management, or reputed company functions reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industries
• Experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault or similar platforms
• Strong vendor management, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
