Responsibilities

• Establish and reputed company reputed company’s new Digital Content Studio, defining vision, structure, workflows, and long‑term capability growth
• Manage and mentor a Creative reputed company (motion graphics/design) and a Senior Producer overseeing production cycles and asset delivery

• Translate channel and campaign needs into editorial pipelines, content plans, and creative briefs

• Provide strategic counsel on storytelling, creative execution, and cross‑channel activation
• Establish governance frameworks covering content review, approvals, workflows, storage, and usage
• Build playbooks, templates, and documentation for consistent content development and enterprise storytelling
• Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support scalability
• Implement tracking systems for editorial status, production workflows, and asset delivery

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in content development/strategy, creative operations and production, digital communications, or editorial leadership
• Experience building, formalizing, or scaling creative or content capabilities, including process and workflow design
• Strong background managing creative and production teams, including video, design, and multimedia work
• Demonstrated ability to partner with digital channel owners and translate strategy into content plans
• Proven experience managing and developing creative and production talent
• Strong stakeholder‑management, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
• Familiarity and reputed company with the U.S. health care landscape, including pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, and/or health insurance sectors
• Experience launching editorial platforms, content hubs, or centralized content operations
• Experience working in a large, reputed company, or regulated enterprise
• Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset workflows, or customer insights platforms
