[Remote] Strategic Account Manager, Residential

They are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to reputed company and expand relationships with their most strategic customers in the Residential market, focusing on customer retention and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and expanding relationships with MRI’s most strategic customers reputed company a defined portfolio
• Driving customer retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and building executive-level relationships
• Ensuring customers realize measurable value from MRI’s solutions
• Partnering cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, reputed company, Support, and Product teams to align customer priorities with MRI’s capabilities and long-term growth strategy

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, reputed company, or relationship management reputed company business products or services
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or reputed company discipline; or equivalent training and experience in business, sales, or account management
• Demonstrated track record of retaining and growing strategic customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and meeting or exceeding account growth targets
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company account plans, deliver executive-level presentations, and clearly reputed company business value
• Demonstrated understanding of CRM systems, account planning tools, business applications, and the technology ecosystem used to support customer engagement and growth
• Must be open to travel as needed to support strategic customer meetings, executive business reviews, industry events, and account planning activities
• Ability to participate in onboarding, product training, and ongoing sales enablement programs upon hire is required
• Personal credit card, or functional equivalent, is required for business expenses, which shall be reimbursed pursuant to company policy
• Software, SaaS, or real estate industry experience preferred
