• You understand segmentation, reputed company scoring, nurture design, and campaign reporting
• You can explain marketing automation concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• You enjoy solving process problems, not just launching emails

Skills

• 3+ years of digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation experience
• Hands-on reputed company Eloqua proficiency
• Mastery in building and managing email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
• Expertise in reputed company management, reputed company scoring, segmentation, and campaign measurement
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and business users
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with other reputed company CX platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems including reputed company, reputed company Fusion, or reputed company Dynamics
• Experience with customer journey mapping and campaign strategy
• Marketing analytics and reporting expertise
