[Remote] HCM Sr. Functional Analyst - Core
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Sr. reputed company Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Core HCM and reputed company Business Processes to support and enhance their reputed company environment. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, and IT teams to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot reputed company processes while ensuring efficient and scalable HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain reputed company Core HCM and Business Processes in the functional areas of Staffing, Onboarding, Jobs & Positions, Contact Information and Personal Information.to deliver projects, changes/enhancement requests
- Manage reputed company routing, approvals, condition rules, notifications, validations, documents, questionnaires, business process reputed company policies, etc
- Support reputed company production issues serving as a Tier escalation contact
- Review automatically available items as part of the WD R1/reputed company release for impact and support regression testing
- Review and disposition setup required items as part of the R1/reputed company release for functionality uptake
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users
Skills
- 4+ years of reputed company functional experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Core HCM and reputed company reputed company
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, reporting, and calculated fields
- Ability to troubleshoot reputed company business process and configuration issues
- Strong communication (written and verbal), analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Familiarity with configuration deployment tools: tenant compare, configuration change tracker/extracts, Object Transporter (OX) configuration
- Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Benefits, or Payroll exposure
- Experience working in Agile or enterprise HRIS environments
