The role involves analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes to align with a new organizational model for two independent business divisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on reputed company Procure-to-Pay (reputed company) processes reputed company the context of a corporate carve-out
• Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions
• Support reputed company system configuration reputed company to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment
• Manage master data adjustments reputed company to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-reputed company materials
• Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-reputed company risks

Skills

• Strong experience as an reputed company reputed company / Procurement Consultant, preferably reputed company transformation or separation projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and reputed company purchasing functions
• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA or ECC environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatory
