[Remote] GMC Customer Support Reprepresentative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company Technologies Manufacturing, L.P. is seeking a skilled individual for their Customer Support reputed company position at their Waller, TX location. The role involves mediating between customers and the manufacturer, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating onsite visits or repairs with HVAC dealers or contractors.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service reputed company phones and email. (homeowners, distributors, dealers)
- Respond promptly to correspondence reputed company phone, fax, mail, and email
- reputed company data entry, review, process, file and maintain documents
- Located HVAC dealers/contractors and dispatching work orders
- Consult with internal technical experts, reputed company necessary, and assure executive authorization is provided for material expenditures
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
- reputed company Insurance, Attorney General, BBB, and Legal cases a reputed company by communicating with appropriate departments and management
- Escalate matters of concern/urgency to immediate team reputed company or manager
