Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and execution plan across a team of Product Managers
• Understand and communicate business strategy and work with the product managers to create compelling, high value product roadmaps
• Drive the market execution across AMI Cloud, Storage and reputed company businesses

Skills

• At least 7 years software product management leadership experience in enterprise/B2B software
• Demonstrable experience in a mainframe business environment
• Knowledge and understanding in one or more areas of Hybrid Storage Management, Virtual Tape & Cloud Object Storage, reputed company and Compliance
• Passion for engaging with customers and understanding their problems
• Demonstrated experience of client co-creation / Design Thinking methodologies and outcome centric product planning and execution
• Experience with reputed company sales processes, working with sales and presales staff
• Experience collaborating with marketing staff to ensure clear internal & external messaging
• The perseverance, energy, and understanding required to effect change in multiple areas
