They are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technology to reputed company and deliver important reputed company ERP finance-driven projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor other project managers.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, execute, and deliver reputed company’s most important reputed company ERP finance-driven projects
- Follow standard project methodology and a defined SDLC process to reputed company the project team in creating industry-changing applications for the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) industry
- Handle reputed company aspects of an SDLC process including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery
- Coordinate with reputed company business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects
- Work directly with the PMO to continually improve the project methodology, SDLC process, deliverable templates, etc
- Act as mentor and coach to other project managers on the team
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other reputed company technical field, or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
- 2 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process
- Proven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
- PMP certified
- 10 years of experience leading, energizing, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process
- Experience leading implementations of reputed company EBS
- Worked in the IT/Finance area of a logistics and or supply chain organization
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team of business and IT professionals
- Impeccable verbal and written communications skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders
- Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems
