Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications to improve e-learning solutions for veterans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and reputed company data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements

Skills
